Warren Kok is a Healthcare, Tourism & Hospitality Consultant with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sector. He has worked extensively in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Maldives, Mexico, Australia, Brunei and Singapore and held senior management leadership positions in hospital & healthcare, membership clubs, boutique hotel and wellness resorts, destination spa, theme park, ferry & cruise, boutique travel, media, commercial and property township developments.
He enjoys sniper-sourcing for strategic investors/partners to innovate, curate and develop projects for healthcare, commercial, shopping & retail, hospitality, tourism, leisure and educational assets across Asia & Europe.
Warren provided the strategic leadership across the Operations Group in all SAFRA 7 member-based clubs as their Deputy CEO with over 300,000 members. He was also the General Manager for Sangha Retreat in Suzhou and The Living Room Octave in Shanghai and also the pre-opening GM of Xixuan Spa hotel, in Hangzhou, for a myriad of wellness, mindfulness, spa and wellness, clinic, retreat and cuisine concepts in China, managing 340 staff.
At Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), Warren managed over 15 medical departments, healthcare facilities and 600 staff. In 2009, he crisis-managed the H1N1 healthcare operations and in 2003, he was part of the SARS healthcare operations team @ TTSH, where he was awarded the Courage Medal, Singapore Courage Fund for SARS.
An active Committee member in the Information Technology Committee and the Manpower & Training Committee at the National Association of Travel Agents Singapore, from 2002 to 2003. He also held a powerful position with the China National Spa Association as their Director of Marketing from 2010-2012.

Andrew Wong has over 15 years of finance experience and 15 years in senior leadership positions in the healthcare industry in Singapore. He advises private equity and corporate clients intending to gain entry into or expand their presence the healthcare sector in Asia, and has conducted due diligence on healthcare assets in ASEAN (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam), India and the UAE. Andrew is a Bain External Advisor (for healthcare) to Bain & Company.
Andrew was General Manager for IndoChina, Japan and Special Business Units at Raffles Medical Ltd. Prior to Raffles he was President at Healthway Medical Ltd, the second largest GP clinics network in Singapore. Andrew was also CEO of Pacific Healthcare Holdings Ltd, an outpatient specialist healthcare group headquartered at Paragon, Orchard and with the third largest nursing home business with over 520 beds. He also headed strategy and business development for South Asia, MENA and Malaysia at Parkway Holdings Ltd.
Post-graduation, Andrew started in audit firm, KPMG in Australia before returning to Asia in the finance sector with UBS, Schroders, Nomura and Deutsche Bank. He was a ranked equities analyst before moving to equities sales. Andrew joined Khazanah Nasional in the mid-2000s, looking after the aviation (airline / airports) portfolio and started its healthcare division before joining Parkway.

Cherinjit Shori (JIT) has more than 20 years’ experience in Healthcare covering Marketing, Business Development and Operations. JIT was the Group Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer (Marketing) for Parkway Pantai, part of IHH Healthcare, Asia’s largest private healthcare group from Year 2000 to Year 2009.
During his tenure at Parkway Pantai, JIT was responsible for the Group’s overall healthcare marketing efforts for the Hospitals in Singapore, namely, Mt.Elizabeth Hospitals, Gleneagles Hospitals and Parkway East Hospitals.
In International Marketing, JIT was responsible for the referral of international patients from South Asia, South East Asia, Indochina, Middle East and Russia. Setting Representative Offices to facilitate both the marketing of the clinical and hospital services of the Group internationally as well as to ensure seamless referral and co-management of the patients between the various countries and Singapore.
For Clinical Program Marketing, JIT was responsible for the development of marketing strategies for the Group’s various clinical programs including Liver Donor Liver and Kidney Transplantation, Heart and Vascular, Women and Children, Oncology, General Surgery, Neuroscience and Musculoskeletal. Working with the Clinicians practicing in the Group, JIT and his team worked on development of clinical information for patients, educational videos and packages for common procedures.
In Year 2009, JIT joined ASX listed, Asian American Medical Group (AAMG). During his tenure as a Group Chief Operating Officer at AAMG, JIT was responsible for the Group’s Marketing, Business Development and Operations functions of the Group.
Gerard Saliot is an international businessman with more than 30 years of experience in business development and project development and management in the hospitality and leisure industry. Initially Gerard worked for Unilever for 15 years, based in Europe and Africa, and then joined a leading property development company in France.
In 1994, Gerard moved to Asia and founded Euro Asia Management Group with two partners with offices in Singapore and Indonesia with the priority to focuses on Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure Industry project development as well as Procurement in the Asia Pacific region.
Gerard was the prime initiator and project director of the Indonesian National Tourism Development Master Plan for the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism (1995-1998). Later, in 2009-2010, EuroAsia was mandated by International Labour Organisation (ILO) to prepare the East Java Tourism Development Master Plan for the Provincial Government.
Gerard also was the initiator and developer of the development of a 350-hectare integrated resort in Fiji Islands with IHG, Four Seasons and Vijay Singh, who designed a Championship 18-Hole Golf course with IMG. This project required the management and implementation of different phases of the resort’s development including: negotiating with government bodies and major worldwide hotel and golf operators like Four Seasons, IHG, IMG and Vijay Singh; undertaking financial, legal and marketing evaluation; defining the overall project master plan; and overseeing the architectural, engineering, overall design and environmental impact/assessment work.

F&B Branding & Gastronomy Consultant, William Goh has over 20 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry and commenced his humble career at the age of 16 in a popular pizza chain.
He took on various culinary roles and positions as Sous Chef in Italian Fine Dining and Bar Manager in True Heritage Brew, and subsequently took on management and leadership roles to lead dynamic teams with successful concepts and profit orientation.
He was the GM of the Food Retail Division of the Select Group Limited, an MNC which manages more than 28 brands. William managed the entire plethora of concept, food service operations and food retail branding of more than 48 restaurants in both Singapore and Vietnam.
His strong philosophy and focus on quality in products, protocols and service, people oriented management and innovative ideas and strategic business development fuel his passion and are the milestones to his achievements today.
He now runs his own consultancy firm helping entrepreneurs and companies in the food business industry in various countries within Asia and is the Director Of Business Development at X Roads Consultants

Yelena Zemtsova, CFA
Originally from St. Petersburg, Yelena Zemtsova, a Russian-French national based in Singapore since 2010, has worked in the financial services industry in the U.S.A., France, Luxemburg & Singapore since 2000. Prior to joining Henley & Partners, she founded PR Squared Worldwide Eurasia Bridge in 2015, a cross-border consultancy firm focused on capital raising and investor relations, especially active in Central Asia. In parallel, she acted as a Senior Advisor at Capital Asia Partners, an Investment Banking Boutique.
In 2015, Ms. Zemtsova was Investor Relations Executive at Asia Capital & Advisors, a pan-Asian investment management and private equity specialist. Previously, she has held several roles in Singapore. Ms. Zemtsova has also worked in Luxemburg where she was first a Trader/Broker in European & American Equities, Futures, Options & FOREX and subsequently joined ING Private Capital Management where she was responsible for Hedge Fund Due Diligence and Fund Portfolio Management overseeing USD 1 billion AUM as well as Global Strategy for the Private Bank.
She began her career in Financial and Operational Audit, first in the U.S.A. & then in France. In 2019, Ms. Zemtsova graduated from Senior Management Program at Cambridge Judge Business School in the U.K. In 2007, she participated in the Hedge Fund Program at London Business School & became a CFA Charterholder. In 2001, Ms. Zemtsova graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Memphis in the U.S. with MBA in Finance. Her BBA in Management is from top Business School in Russia at St. Petersburg State University (Red Diploma, Dean's List Scholar). Her prior distinctions include P&G Award in '98, U.S.A. Government Grant in '95 & University Lyceum's Georges Soros Grant in '93.
Ms. Zemtsova is fluent in English, Russian & French, conversational in German and has notions of Spanish, Italian & Mandarin Chinese. She is a member of Singapore CFA Society and a mentor for underprivileged women at WEDU in Asia.
